Today lindsey and i made homemade apple sauce. And Apple Crisp. *Baker's Note: Macintosh and Cortland apples = Great for baking. Slightly sweeter, more firm and meaty. Real butter. Brown sugar and your classic fall spices!
Trust me...your envy can't be big enough. :o)

Mmm, you're making me hungry, chef! Agreed, Cortland apples do make the best apple crisps, but then again, a little help from the secret Westby family recipe never hurts either... ;)
